ehhhh honestly Gorgon takes this more often than not.

He has better regen.
has less AP but far superior weapons that can damage people at the level of Ares.
his swords negate regeneration.
he is around as skilled as deathstroke if not more so as he was able to take on both Logan and Elektra and even overpowered and nearly beat both of them after being skewered and borderline gutted seconds earlier.
He is around as smart as deathstroke if not more so due to his knowledge of the supernatural.

The only thing that death stroke has that could take Gorgon down is his power dampener and the likelyhood of him actually being able to plant it on Gorgon is slim even with prior knowledge

Gorgon takes this 8/10 times
 
Deathstroke has the advantage of being two times faster, so him using the power dampener is a serious possibility.

That's putting it kinda lightly, Gorgon did beat them. He beat a heavily prepped Logan and Elektra (They had damn teleporters and psychic blockes to stop him from reading his mind), and an entire Shield strike team of super agents in loafers.

Wolverine also directly concedes to being inferior to Gorgon's skill here:
