Marvel Comics - Thor Shaking the Realms of the World Tree

This is from the new Avengers 1,000,000 B.C. and mentions a child Thor potential supporting feat. At 14:10 it states that every time the newborn Thor cried, he created "storms that shook the World Tree and every realm perched among its branches." Could this be added to his profile as a supporting feat of some kind?

I think it makes sense since he's so heavily holding back most of the time as an adult, which is something that he wouldn't be able to do as a newborn. Shaking the World Tree and all of its realms (I'm not going to argue for the multiversal Yggdrasill here) would be at the very least 3-C support

I think that it would probably be a High 3-A feat, but I am not certain.

Ehhh, I mean the only 2-C normal Thor we have is a power-stressed one (even though I think we could get more stuff for 2-C Thor but that's irrelevant), so this feat for baby Thor seems outlierish.

I'm sure we could make a case for that, since his power does vary so much. I should have worded what I said more clearly; I meant if we could use this feat as support for his current 3-C rating

How many Tier 2 feats does Thor/Thor tier characters have? If its just a couple, then I think they are probably outliers. If there are as many as there are Galaxy-level feats, Tier 2 Thor might be a possibility. Imo, Thor's consistent level of power seems to be roughly Galaxy level, and I'm pretty sure this wiki scales Marvel characters based on their consistent showings and not necessarily their best ones.

Off the top of my head, another potential 2-C feat could be Hyperion surviving the incursion of two universes. I don't know if there are any others though.

There's a panel where the narrator compares Eric Masterson's power to the Big Bang. On its own I think it's just flowery language, but it could be decent supporting evidence next to a bunch of actual feats.
