Mario 3-A/Low 2-C Upgrade

In his Power Star key, Mario should be High 4-C to 3-C to 3-A/Low 2-C (which is being decided on). He defeated Bowser while he was powered by Grand Star, which empowered the Galaxy Reactor, a mechanism capable of collapsing and remaking the universe

Unless there's proof the Galaxy Reactor would affect the space-time continuum, no.
 
I mean, AVGN and Ness are Low 2-C via creating Magicant that were stated to be an entire Universe

Tho I don't know if that's a good comparison

You'd have to prove space-time is also affected. Otherwise, we assume "universe" refers to the physical... universe.

And this wouldn't be an Outlier as it'd scale to Mario's Power Star key, where he is amped.
 
As I said, 3-A usually only applies to people who destroy universes. Universal creation is basically Low 2-C by default.

Son Goku (DBS) wasn't Low 2-C because his feats came from merely busting the universe.
 
Yeah, not how that works.

Creating a universe isn't automatically Low 2-C. You'd have to be creating a universe and a brand new space-time continuum.

I agree with the first statement totally. And I agree with the upgrade.
 
Well the first statement is wrong soooo-

Regardless, this is actually Low 2-C due to the evidence provided by Shadow. All that's left is to wait for Dino's input and this is good to go, I think.

I agree with 3-A, Low 2-C or even 3-A, likely Low 2-C. God, everyone is universal now, huh? Not that I'm complaining.
 
Also, if Low 2-C is used, then Mario vs Sonic is possible again. There's something I love about titanic debates like that, even if things can get ugly sometimes.
