Say Echiro Oda, creator of One Piece was given the go ahead by Kishi, Kubo and Shueisha to write a 500 chapter spin-off Manga dealing with these 2 character in an Alternate Universe enviroment with both Kishi and Kubo supervising, how popular and successful would this series be by time it completes?

Would it eclipse Both Naruto, Bleach and One Piece?
