Low 7-B bracket (All spots filled for real this time)

@GyroNutz - It somewhat is. They can rewind both the opponent's and their actions with each Divine Pulse back to a certain period in battle. They can only do this to a maximum number of 13 times.

Hax is a catch-all term for abilities that can be used to ignore/bypass one or more of a target's statistics, rendering them irrelevant. This is how we define hax here. Precog ain't this. At best it maybe negates a speed advantage, which isn't gonna be here.

Defensive hax exists too. Stuff like regen or precog comes under this, assuming of course they're good.

Honestly I feel like being able to restart the battle even once is pushing it, 13 times is excessive.

How is it hax? You aren't explaining how it is hax, just asserting that it is. Precog doesn't ignore AP or Dura, it just helps you dodge or strike at better times. It doesn't fit the definition.

The definition is for offensive hax, we're talking about a defensive hax. But this is semantics, it's clearly unfair for this bracket.

There is no defensive hax definition. There is just hax. You are just asserting more stuff without reason or evidence again. If it fits the rules, why disallow it? All I am arguing is that it does (and if this is the opposition then it really should.)

It dosn't fit the rules. Blyth does not die when killed. As such, they are not allowed. End of story. Now please stop arguing.

Personally, I'd say if the precog is reasonable/non-combat applicable then it'd be fine

Wait no

Iroha's HEALING is Low-Godly, she needs to actively use it on herself, it's not passive.

Either his profile is mess or he has Timehax, Reality Warping, Concept Hax, soulhax, absorption, mindhax, powernull et cetera

You said yourself once that it has insane durability
The durability of a soul gem is >> that of a magical girl but breaking it should instantly kill her

Either that or mangling her until she can't put her hands to her face to heal works.

The Dovahkiin's powers aren't separated by keys which is annoying because you definitely don't start out with all of that. The best thing you can get before killing the first Dragon is, Like I said, 1 Daedric Artifact of your choice between The Masque and The Axe.
