I see. My bad. Could be that Ikki doesn't want to risk it considering he gets injured in literally every fight, illusionary form is not absolute, especially for a low-mana blazer like him.
I don't think the amount of mana has anything to do with Illusionary form. It's actually impossible to kill someone in that form, no matter how strong the attack is. Even Ouma's Kusanagi only put Touka in a coma for 1 week.

And Ikki is still getting battered heavily in every fight. He was clearly battered after his fight with arrow guy, Kuraudo and the dojo girl with the nice body.

None of them were using Illusionary form.

What is illusionary form anyway? A defensive shield? Or a supportive skill that prevents one from killing their opponent?

I'm honestly surprised that you don't know about this.

"A Device can take either an <Illusionary Form> for practice or mock battles or <Real Form> for real battles. Device's in Illusionary Form can't cause any physical damage to people, instead they damage the target's stamina. This is why Illusionary Form is used during mock battles and when a Blazer isn't trying kill someone or just not being allowed to kill. Although Illusionary Form can't kill someone, an overwhelming enough attack can put someone into an comatose state."

Is this explanation enough?

I see. Very well then, but still, Ikki has horrendous mana capacity and control so it makes sense he holds back lest he misfires.

We should stop talking about this on this thread. The thread is getting kind of derailed.

Oh, well atleast they're around equal. Remember that the shadow thing I said earlier is possibly wrong and is a low-ball though so yeah.

Laughin at Renren hyping herself as a speedster for reaching supersonic when these monsters are outrunning their shadows and such.

(1.573*0.883)/(3/299792458) = 138799810.27934 m/s = Mach 404664.16991061 = 45.93132618% of the speed of light

Damn son. Where'd the numbers come from though? I can't make neither heads or tails of the numbers and lack the knowledge of the story at that point to think of it.

Also, I read a while back that the lightspeed attack comes from the eyes and that it only goes 3 meters. Would that make it so Stella could be aim dodging and running out of range or what?

Bruh....

> Satin Ice's range is limited by Tsuruya's eyesight

> Stella was staying out of Tsuruya's view

> Therefore Stella was dodging Satin Ice

She never dodged it directly, guys. She's just staying out of range.

So, now that we have that out of the way, let's talk about Edelweiss. Specifically, her speed.

At that instant, the air where Ikki's nose had been was split. Something invisible and absurdly sharp flitted across his eyes, just barely scraping his nose. At the odor of something burning drifted by, Ikki understood. The invisible thing that had flitted near had been an attack―Edelweiss's two swords.

Because it was much too fast, much too sharp, he could not even see the afterimages of the twin pure-white blades with the naked eye. What had just barely been perceived was a glimmer of incandescence in the air due to the sword blades cutting through it at extraordinary speed.

Apparently, Edelweiss can attack so fast that her swords catch fire. How fast would she need to be to do that?

In order for Edelweiss' sword to catch fire, the closest thing that I can think of would be be a meteor descent speed (11 km/s). However, since the object is a sword instead of a rock, I imagine the speed would have to be much higher than that in order to catch fire.

It's on the Donkey Kong page

Although I think someone did something like for Captain Falcon before, so you may have to look that up.

Well, Edelweiss is already Hypersonic+ for keeping up with Ikki in Ittou Shura + Raikou. So if there is a way to calc her swords catching fire and the result is lower than mach 17, the calc is pretty much useless.

So, there was an update today, and.... well let's just say that at this point, Misora is going all-out with the power levels. Not only did Ikki reveal that Stella could use Bahamut Soul since the beggining of the series and that what Stella gained from her training was something else entirely, but he also said that Stella has only shown a fraction of her power so far. Better add that "at least" to her profile, lol. Anyway, Block D is finally starting, and i can't say i'm happy with the first match. Kiriko vs Amane. We already know that Ikki fights Amane in the quarter finals, and if his profile in the Rakudai wikia is accurate, then he is easily the most absurdly haxed character in the series. I'm hoping he lets Kiriko show what she can do before going crazy on her.

We can probably scale Edelweiss to Ouma and Stella, yeah. I say probably, because she's only shown her sword skills so far, and we only got a tiny glimpse at her magic. And as unlikely as it is, it could be something that ignores Durability completely, thus making an AP rating for it kinda useless, or it could be some other kind of hax. The only stats that we could put on a page for her are speed and phisycal AP, and even then we would have to put an "at least" there.

We already discussed this

You CAN'T calculate Stella's sword feat like that

And, where that image in Ouma's calc come from?

That do not make sense at all

@Crazystarf @KaenDragneel

Well, i'm going to leave it to you guys to discuss these calcs, since i have little to no knowledge on that.

@Kaen: considering that endless mike used a similar method to calculate a cylindrical beam that reaches planck temp, yes you can. This isn't like the first episode of Rakudai where the flame reaches outwards into the sky.

iwandesu was okay with it anyways.

Yeah, Even Iwandesu has another fire pillar feat with a different method, accepted by others too

And now explain yourself about the Ouma Calc

Because the only thing I saw, was an image with random pixels, and a calc (good calc, but baseless)

If you actually read the text above, Ouma's Kusanagi obliterated everything within its line of sight (buildings, roads, etc) and made a deep gash into the ground. All of the training arenas (15 of them) were obliterated as well.

Edit: This was a request by NEH, so I answered it along with the sword calc.

+Where the measurements come fr...?

-HE OBLITERATED

+Yeah yeah, but where the measure...?

-OBLITERATED.

You and me right now.
