Tbh we hardly know what Zel can do. As in we have yet to see him in battle let alone his full potential and spells he has to offer. We only hear stories of his deeds.

Alright as far as I can tell, Batter has way more powers but Zeltretch seems to have better hax when it comes to Regenerationn and stuff. Further more Batter has way more speed, but Zeltretch could possibly overpower him in power by drawing in energy from infinite universes.

So my vote goes to Zeltrech based on Regenerationn and the 2nd magic.
