Kirby and precog

After playing more of Planet Robobot, I realized something else about his ESP ability. There's a "move" called PK Insight. An obvious Ness reference, but I digress. The move is executed when Kirby is about to be hit. Kirby teleports away and attacks with a psychic bubble. PK Evade does the same thing. This can be done with Kirby's back turned too. Should this be counted as precog in this form?
