So we have just one last multiplier to figure out. And that is Kenpachi's Shikai Nozarashi. We either scale it to the meteor which is a 2x multiplier or scale it to Gremmy with 6 clones + himself which is a 7x multiplier.

Here is the feat in question where Gremmy attacks with all his clones.

Kenpachi tanks the attack and carries on so he should scale to Gremmy's full 7x power. We already know his AP and Durability scale to each other thanks to his interaction with Gerard and Hoffnung, so there should be no issue with it.

Those that scale to this are those who already scale to Gremmy and Shikai/Bankai Kenpachi in the first place.

Dangai/EoS Shikai Ichigo, Butterfly/Monster Aizen, Yamma, Ichibe, Hashwallt, EoS Uryu, Adult Bankai Toshiro, Post-RG Byakuya, Giant Gerard, and base Yhwach are probably the ones that scale to Shikai Kenny IIRC.

Eyepatch is a x5 multiplier since Noitra's Resurrection x5 didn't overpower Kenpachi. Kenny used Kendo; his two hands to cut Noitra with a deadly strike. That didn't boosted his AP, so the eyepatch matched a Resurrection x5.

that is irrelevant since it happens way before the gremmy's fight.
