About the Scaling Chain:

Okay, this is using my own logic from gathering all the info from watching Episodes 1 - 15.

Let's get the obvious ones out the way:
Saber = Blades = Espada | Saber 2 Matching Volumes > Saber 2 Random Volumes (In the show, Blades said that matching volumes draw out more power than random ones) | Crimson Dragon Saber = Fantastic Lion Blades = Golden Alangina Espada | Crimson Dragon > Saber 3 Random Volumes

Megids in general get whooped by Saber, Blades, and Espada. They range from stomps to one-shots. The fodder Megids are even worse. Blades destroyed 80+ Ant Megids easily. (Yes, I counted them) The only Megids that deviate from this is the Salamander Megid, Desast, and the three Megid generals. Salamander Megid in episode 3 stomps Saber and Blades. Buster came in and slam dunked Salamander Megid and one-shotted it. It is inferred that 2 Volumes = Buster but I'll get to that later. Salamander also got RPL and became evolved and came back and stomped 2 Volumes. Saber became 3 Volumes and stomped him back.

Okay, here's the part where it gets to an actual multiplier. Ahiru Megid is another Megid that easily gets stomped by Saber and Co. There were 5 of them in total and one survived. The one survivor got buffed with the power of all of his fallen Ahiru Megids. This makes it VERY likely that it is a 5x upgrade since they were all the same level. So in Saber verse, a 5x upgrade is enough for a person to stomp a person that previously stomped them. Evolved Ahiru then stomped base Saber, Blades, and Espada BUT not enough to one shot them. Because they were not able to be one-shot, a person 1 >>> person 2 >>> person 1 is likely a 5x gap. If they were one-shot, it could be FARRR higher and is going to be unquantifiable but since they didn't, 5x is a stomp.

Buster >>>> Salamander Megid >>> Saber and Blades | Saber and Blades 3 Volumes >>> Evolved Salamander Megid >>> Saber and Blades 2 Volume >>> Salamander Megid

Evolved Ahiru Megid >5x> Ahiru Megid

Evolved Ahiru Megid >>> Saber, Blades, and Espada >>> Ahiru Megid

With all this in mind:

Crimson Dragon Saber > Saber 3 Volumes >5x> Saber Dragon Arthur (True Power) >3x> Saber Dragon Arthur > Saber Dragon Eagle > Saber 2 Volumes >5x> Base Saber

If this is correct, then 2 Volumes is a 5x upgrade to base Saber, Dragon Arthur (True Power) is a 15x increase, and 3 Volumes is a whopping 75x to base Saber.

This applies to Blades and Espada as well. King of Arthur's 3x multiplier is from Specs.

This is not all. Espada's Tri-Cerberus states that it could buff to 3x his own power.

This means that at full power: Golden Alangina Espada is more than 225x Base Espada.

So how does Buster, Kenzan, Slash, and Calibur come into this?

First, let's go with Calibur:

Calibur stomped Espada Lamp do Hedgehog and stomped Saber Dragon Arthur. He then lost to Saber Dragon Arthur when it's true power is drawn out.

Saber Dragon Arthur (True Power) >> Calibur Jaaku Dragon >> Saber Dragon Arthur

Calibur is likely 1.5x stronger than Saber Dragon Arthur due to his decisive victory over Saber. So a decisive victory could be 1.5x by putting Calibur in the middle.

This means Calibur could be 7.5x base Saber.

This could apply to Buster, Slash, and Kenzan because they show similar power to Calibur.

Jaou Dragon >>> Golden Alangina Espada at full power (He said he was going to go all out but got stomped by Calibur. Espada is always going all out on Calibur because he has a vendetta against him.)

Calibur Jaou Dragon >5x> Golden Alangina Espada (Full Power) >3x> Golden Alangina >5x> Saber Dragon Arthur (True Power) >1.5x> Calibur Jaaku Dragon

Calibur Jaou Dragon might very well be a 112.5x upgrade over Jaaku Dragon.

Dragonic Knight and King Lion Daisenki scale to each other. In Dragonic Knight completely stomped Calibur.

Saber Dragonic Knight and Blades King Lion Daisenki >>> Jaou Dragon Calibur >>> Crimson Dragon, Fantastic Lion, and Golden Alangina

Saber Dragonic Knight and Blades King Lion Daisenki may very well be a 5,625x increase from base.

Please take this with a grain of salt, this is just my own logic + some specs + some speculation.

From the nature of the crossover movies having riders fighting each other as well as enemies from across the whole franchise, riders will get things from those. (Which is a lot)

For example, Nigou gets Res to Transmutation and getting Immortality Neg for killing Complete Gamel.
Stronger gets Res to Fear Manipulation for fighting Terror Dopant.
Etc. Etc.

Also, there are also Legend Rider specific things to note for example, Faiz no longer needs Faiz Blaster to transform into Blaster Form and Kiva no longer needs to activate Hell's Gate to perform Darkness Moon Break, etc.
 
It's nice that Legend Riders have new stuffs compare to their original series. Since VSBW dont accept profiles of multiple versions of a same character if the only thing different between them is AP.

Also Black Sun Belt revealed as straight up CSM instead a DX unlike the Amazons Drivers

And they showed the glimpse of Kamen Rider Century, his mouth can be opened and his marks changed from blue to white, berserk state?
