BB becoming an infinite concept is her giving herself infinite time to hack the mooncell and absorb it so it becomes apart of her. which im making an imgur album about her absorbing the mooncell, but my computer is laggy so it takes a bit of time.

Exactly, why would she be weaker than Kiara? From what I remember, Kiara got a jump on BB when BB was defeated and the Moon Cell screwed her over. Even then, a weakened BB screwed Kiara from within. I mean, their power comes from the same source so I don't know about her being weaker.
