I don't know if benimaru can kill Issei since in this version he barely fight in frontline and cant kill souls because he need it to bypass Issei Dura, but im not sure Issei can survive hellflare since it was hotter than sun.

Divide dividing can divide things in to nothing.

penetrate makes any barriers useless, it doesn't destroy barriers but bypasses them entirely so barrier Regenerationn won't work so durability Isn't in benimarus favor.
