Is Saint Seiya Overture canon?

As the title suggests, it's a simple question. It might be a stupid one, but I'm kinda confused cause I've seen people go say it isn't while others have said it is.

The movie does not belong to the main universe. Actually, it's just another universe or parallel universe in the franchise's multiverse. And everything is canon in Saint Seiya, although some are different worlds or parallel worlds in the infinite multiverse.

Does that include Omega and Soul of Gold?

Supposedly the movie acts as a pilot for Omega anime, but it is canon, but not connected to the main universe as Next Dimension retcons it.

Every anime and manga is canon.
