Is merging two time lines at once always a 2-C feat?

Hi, I have a question about merging at least two different time lines at once. In the game Vampires Dawn 2: Ancient Blood the Antagonist (Asgar Seran) uses a spell to merge those different time lines together. The merge affects the whole planet and the two main characters survive this event. So how does this level of Reality Warping work exactly?

If you're affecting both timelines at once then that's a 2-C feat.

And surviving this counts as a 2-C feat as well?

It should mean you have 2-C durability.
