The speed at which an attack moves. For example, X character is hypersonic, but he can do an attack that is a natural beam of light, the speed for the attack is different from the speed of the user, hence the attack would be lightspeed even if its user isn't.

•Conditions to get Infinite speed:

-Able to travel anywhere instantly

-Travel an Infinite distance in a finite time

why bro? the range is also still qualified for infinite speed as long as the attack/ability can meet the infinite distance

Neutral to agree. it makes sense for their attacks to span an infinite universe, let's just assume there is an infinite distance and our attacks can reach it. it can be assumed that the attack speed is infinite speed because the distance is infinite. but it's like something's wrong even though I don't know where it's wrong
