Arlong is so superior to the 8.5 that it's no funny. He's comparable to Luffy who's superior to Zoro who can one-shot Buchi who's 8.5 Tons.

During my dinner I have been thinking about this. Arlong has more than enough power to one or two-shot Neo but considering the speed equal and the massive skill difference and the OHK Neo should take this.

We have nothing in the 8-B anyway and the difference beween 8.5 and 11 Tons is nearly 1/4 of the whole tier difference so an at least is more correct.
