Should we use High 7-C Bravo and 7-C+ Test this time? Or same tiers as before?

Imma say a hard no. I don't even agree with him having super natural lack. Huge difference between getting lucky 3 or 4 times in a long running show vs having the actual super naturally luck ability

1. Ok. That doesn't change the fact it's not super natural Luck. That's not a consistent ability to even remotely the slightest, and certainly deserved discussion and not just dropped on the profile. That's Johnny getting lucky + Comedic effect from the cartoon.
2. I've seen the show. Don't give me then "i doubt anyone of you have seen the show", cause surprisingly, other people have seen the show. And I know he does Not have super natural luck. If anything, there's a lot more instances where his luck shows to actually suck more than it does him good
