There's a few things that need to be added to the OP, and it will just confuse new people who come to the thread.

Let's see, Nierre and GoCommitDi disagreed with Tier 6 and I agree with Tier 6, but everyone else was neutral or had no opinion on it, so I wouldn't say it's rejected.

It just needs more input.

Then I'll just redo this entire revision then, as there a few things that I need to put in the OP.

I'm surprised nobody put any attention to how obviously outlier-ish that feat is.

Compared to his feats in base, hell, even in Johnny X it's obviously an outlier. Even saying "at his peak" is assuming that for some reason every other episode of Johnny he isn't in his peak. We definitely need more staff to reevaluate to make sure, because I feel like they just said FRA and moved on.
