Goku fights Dio but it isn't a stomp

Dio is a cocky asshole though, no? Wouldn't he just brag about his powers, and try to TS Goku? To which Goku will resist, and DD will take effect. Then, Goku will fodderize.

only with joestars, in various thread that are in profiles HA Dio is serious, the fact that it is in trouble would be enough for you anyway.
 
So let me get thing straight:
Goku do anything and DIO will lose, massively higher AP, Dura Neg, Stun, all kind of Stats hax and Damage hax, probability manip that can stack on each other will make a hit always happen.
DIO only have in theory is Power Null and Time Stop, but his stamina =1, any action he did will result in him stunning himself for the lost of his stamina

but he has to get close to Dio, while Dio only needs to think. making the ap dura neggs and stuff useless.

Dio have
Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Enhanced Senses, Has all of the abilities from his canon counterpart, Can cast Lightning Bolts, Teleportation, Immortality (Types 1, 2 & 3), Enhanced Regeneration (High-Mid [should be the same as his canon counterpart]. Can heal any injuries instantly with TWOH, albeit this has to be done manually by hand), Time Stop (Can stop time via The World Over Heaven), Corruption (Type 2), Power Bestowal (Grants the ability to travel through Parallel Universes and through Time to anyone he corrupts), Time Travel, Soul Manipulation (Can steal souls and make them his slaves as well as absorb them to further increase his power), Reality Overwrite, Existence Erasure, Power Nullification (Allows Heaven DIO to turn whatever he wishes into reality, being able to use it to overwrite/warp people and things out of existence in any dimension by touching them, as well as nullifying attacks, like GER and Tusk Act 4. Valentine himself said that he would have not been able to stop him even if he had had the full Holy Corpse), Can resurrect the dead, Pocket Reality Manipulation (Created the Over Heaven Area), Dimensional Travel (Can arrive at any reality he wishes), Biological Manipulation (here), BFR (Through Teleportation and Time Travel), Technology Manipulation (here), Creation (He created the Over Heaven Area), Summoning (Can summon some sort of Purple Aura to attack his enemies. Able to summons his minions, like Enya the Hag). The Corpse Parts (even if he misses one of them) give to him these abilities: Clairvoyance (as shown here), Telepathy, Spatial Manipulation (Warped space), Resistance to Transmutation, Disease Manipulation and Mind Manipulation (The Holy Corpse allows the holders to resist Scary Monsters and similar abilities)
Same powers as before, alongside with the powers and resistances of the Complete Holy Corpse (As Dio absorbed it, he should be able to use its powers as his), Weapon Creation & Homing Attack (Shown here), Air Manipulation and Status Effect Inducement with Tornado (Can use a tornado that if it hits the opponent it is blind for 11 seconds), Telekinesis (Can levitate), enhanced Reality Overwrite, Existence Erasure, and Power Nullification (His Reality Overwrite is superior to before and can overwrite things without touching them) and possibly Fate Manipulation (Scaling from Jotaro's Reality-Warping powers)

His only wincon is RO, and if he starts with anything else, he'll get stamina drained, will be confused af, and Goku will one shot him with anything.

You are acting as if Dio will instantly go "Ah yes, this guy has drained my stamina, and now I'll RO my stamina and kill him" instead of "What the **** just happened?"

it's not like anything else is something, all of his hax and what is use is RO.

Let's go with your line of thinking. He gets his stamina drained, and will try to overwrite it. DD will take effect once again, and this time, he'll surely be confused since his best ability couldn't recover his stamina.

He'd be confused af, and at disbelief. After that, Goku can fodderize with a literal breath.

eh well his RO recover stamina and DD make it 1, it will turn into an endless circle of RO to recover stamina and DD make it 1

all off them just make it incons, because if he overwrite goku or himself it would make it a incon.
