God Zamasu Mid Godly regeneration removal

Chill out everyone, smh

Anyways, Beerus pretty much did state that he can’t kill immortals in any possible way, including Hakai. As for the destruction of mind stuff, seems a little vague to assume that the mind is pretty much destroyed without any sources saying so. So I guess low godly is fine considering it means to regenerate from either mind or soul, and mid godly means pretty much both.
The Mind and the Brain are one and the same IRL, which we use as our baseline assumption for fiction, and as such when the brain is destroyed so too would the mind, and as such regen from hakai which destroys both the body and soul would be mid-godly regen under our current system for it to not it would require a crt to change the regen page

@Nullflowerblush
Here, Goku asks Beerus to don't destroy Earth (which in this context means blasting it to atoms, not destroy It):

Firstly, anime.
Secondly, this does not detract from the fact that Beerus only uses the word "destroy" in reference to the Hakai. No other word. I'm not saying that "Every time Beerus uses the word 'destroy', he means the Hakai", I'm pointing out that "Every time Beerus brings up the Hakai, he uses the word 'destroy' and nothing else".

Erasure, Stabbing, Bleeding, Blasting to death... Are all ways that can be used to " Kill " someone. Again, those are simply semantics.

If Beerus can't kill Zamasu, it simply means all the methods of killing that are available to him won't work, EE included.

Anyways for DB there are ghosts who have a mind despite having no brain (Dr. Slump ghosts). Thus proving that mind and brain is separated. In case mystical energies being based on the mind and soul (mentioned separate) didn’t already tip you off that DB would be the kind of verse to completely separate the mind and the brain.

Prove DB mind and brain are same with scans Offcourse different verses different rules. If you don't have scans for mind being brain in DB thats just assumption and headcanon and appeal to reality. Just so in real life we treat brain as mind doesn't mean same applies in fiction especially for wiki standard explaination.

Also it's clearly mentioned non physical aspects*. Brain exist in physical body.
Welp
Im just gonna say it now

There is a DEFAULT standard of operation in place and that DEFAULT standard dictates that the Mind is within the Brain unless proven overwise the the Verse

Characters like Dark Schnieder or Touhou Characters or Pokemon Gods are living and walking and breathing proofs of this. They have statements that their mind/consciousness exists INDEPENDENTLY from their body.
DB characters and Zamasu especially DO NOT have this kind of Proof. There is nothing stating Zamasu's Mind exists foreign from his body and because there is no such statement, we go to the default standard of the mind being in the brain based on IRL studies.

If you wanna argue against the default standard you have to do so with actual statement and proof that Zamasu's mind exists separately or independently from his brain like other characters have proven. If not then the Mind was destroyed along brain, body and soul

Dr Slump Ghosts do have a brain tho. Look at Dr. Mashiro.

If anything, this only proves mind and consciousness comes from the soul, meaning erasing the soul in DB also erases the mind

This would mean Zamasu keeps Mid Godly
Why would that be the case? People have said “mind and soul” in DB before iirc. Which would be pointless if the latter encompasses the former. Also a mind is by default more abstract than the soul apparently. So it’d be weird for the mind to be a part of the soul instead of the other way around, not impossible of course.

Also it’s kinda weird how Ginyu has Goku’s ki (power of the mind and soul)

Evidence says otherwise, apparently.

The mind is only more abstract/immaterial than the soul when we consider the mind a collection of thoughts or something of the sort, being a disembodied consciousness gives you the exact same level of Intangibility as being a soul

Im gonna request for this to be closed if thats okay with everyone else
The main point has been addressed, the thread has reached it's peak and we'll be going around in circles or derailing from this point on

The point becomes irrelevant and non contradictory if the mind is connected to the soul. So I've been saved, partially.

Even then, it could've been easily dismissed as an exception.
Why does anything anyone but me brought up link the 2?

I mean a bunch of verses have regen feats like Buu’s, at that point 80% of verses will have a mind completely separate from the body. Don’t see why DB would be an exception to the point that counterevidence can just be dismissed as an exception.

Another point is that Vegeta says you “may have invaded my mind and my body but there’s one thing a saiyan always keeps, his priiiiide!”, which further suggests the brain has nothing to do with the mind.
