I’m gonna make this quick, Jedah’s Low-Godly regeneration being overtime is kinda weird, let me sum it up.
The context of how he regenerated his entire body. It says in Vampire Hunter 2 that his soul was completely scattered into untold pieces that started to converge in the outskirts of Makai and in Vampire Savior’s opening, he resurrected completely. The Vampire Savior fanbook from 1997 points more towards the fact that his physical form was instantly reborn after collecting his “scattered bits”, referencing his scattered soul, and the opening represents that very well.
EDIT: There is also a storyboard in Capcom Fighting Collection that calls the first scene in the Vampire Savior opening “Jedah’s body regeneration scene”, just a bonus.
EDIT 3: Also, I want to clarify something given how this might come up in the thread and I want to get it out of the way, we don't actually know how Jedah is defeated in Vampire Savior, the assumption is that either Morrigan or Lilith won, but by what means is completely unknown, they could've soul absorbed for all we know.
With this in mind, I have reason to believe Jedah is not Low-Godly overtime. Rather, that’s more of a weakness of his regen (and in other series depending on context, that would negate Low-Godly altogether), if his soul is scattered into pieces, then taking 100 years to come back from such a thing should not apply if his soul is left intact.
Basically, change Jedah’s regeneration to “Mid to Low-Godly”, or just “Low-Godly”. Maybe add in his weaknesses that his regeneration can take up to 100 years if his soul is scattered to pieces (might not be needed, but it’s a thing)
EDIT 2: Also, we could probably give Lilith fire and ice manipulation while we’re add it, don’t think I need to explain this much.
