As already raised in this thread, I came out seeing how Mr. Game & Watch does not have Type 9 Small Size.
Basically the scans are these:
There should be no problems in getting Type 9 Small Size, as its only requirement is being 2D, which does not necessairly mean being Tier 11, and same how 3D beings can freerly move and interact wihin 4D or more spaces, the same happens here, this time with a 2D character in a 3D world.
Bill Cipher has it off a similar premise, where the 2D beings could interact just fine with 3D beings and even harm them, so this should be the same situation.
