That’d imply that the character in question can follow his attack to the South Pole and thus do what Arale does.
 
Even that "audience" or "outside the plot" place is just the setting's simulation of such things. So I'm not sure why this would be particularly relevant to what he's said.

She basically means that DBS’s cosmology is so big into 2-B (which it isn’t, ad-infinitum MWI verses would outrange) that you’d need practically need 2-A range to affect Arale since she’s outside of it. Guessing I’ll have to slap Micah in VC thrice now for changing her POV mid-thread.

literally, there are interview in DB official said this mean countles/ infinite number of timelines in MWI. So 2A dbh

I can link it now but not sure if it's useful or not. It was interviewed with a scientist, not akira (but it exist in db official and used as explanation for db cosmology/time travel, so I think at least it useful in someway) . And the infinity statement in the english translation means Mushi in raw/jap (which can be infinite depending on the context, but mostly countless)

Also, they said moment to moment, you create entire new parallel universes. So that's noice, if I understand it correctly
