All of the descriptions were for 1-B realms: Skyland, New Genesis, and the Speed Force Wall all did not extend beyond the edge of the Monitor Sphere, so I don't think they had enough qualifications to be 1-A overall. As for the tweet about being as strong as Perpetua, I think that's more of a neutral comparison.

The story is being written by Ian Flynn, who has written plenty of Sonic media for Archie, IDW and mainline Sonic games like Sonic Frontiers, the rewrite of Sonic Generations, and Shadow Generations. And the art is being done by a guy named Adam Bryce Thomas, who also has experience doing art for Archie Sonic and the IDW Sonic comics.

Depends on how you scale Time Trapper and Superman. I can see 1-A, but the problem with that is how DC treats beings on a dimensional level to actively engage with conceptual beings and realms.

But it has the opposite issue too; in addition to the numerous sun dips; Superman also needed to be size amped by Mr Mxyzptlk in order to even enter the 6th dimension in the first place. Not to mention, literally anyone becomes that tier if they are buffed by him to enter it.
