This update is pretty simple but affects a lot of characters. Essentially, after some off-site discussion with other DC fans and some scrolling inside the website, I've realised some of Rebirth era scaling makes no sense as some heroes were updated to 2-C while others were not. There is a solution tho!
While those changes were already applied to certain character by this accepted CRT, this thread is made so that it can be applied to all Rebirth profile, which would remove the 4-B ratings and scale the majority of Rebirth characters inside the 3-C to 2-C tiering throught chainscaling to Rebirth Superman, Green Lantern, Flash and/or their Post Crisis profiles

As implied in DC K.O #1, explained in New History of the DC Universe #4 here + here and shown by Superman's New 52 self merging with his Post Crisis self (Supergirl Vol. 7 #8), the "New 52" character have regained their original memories/origins from Post Crisis who were removed after Flashpoint (hence creating the "New 52" continuity). This is further supported by the Hands claiming that "all histories" and "all stories" will be restored, remembered and set once and for all ( Dark Nights: Death Metal #7 (2020) ). This means that every Post-Crisis versions of the current Prime Earth characters now scale to their "Post New 52" selves (or in more simple terms, Rebirth = Post Crisis + New 52 in abilities/hax/Power/AP/Speed)
