Actually, the real world for Star King Kirito would be Underworld, because he is a different person from the regular Kirito at this point, living on without the real Kirito being connected to the game and being able to live the game and travel to another worlds.

Also, how is he rewinding time if he is frozen at basically absolute zero?

Zeref doesn't really need his brain to use magic so being put into a frozen coma won't really stop him.

It's perfectly plausible as well. Zeref could use his magic even after his body was completely obliterated, so I see no reason for him to be unable to use his Time Rewind as he's being frozen or, if it's instant, while he's frozen.

Not exactly. There's an extremely high chance he's being set up as a villain in the latest arc (Unital Ring) with the whole ominous "I only live to protect the Underworld" thing and all the Seed shenanigans with merging VR worlds and shit.

Star King Kirito is a replication of Kirito's fluctlight and memories during his Star King years, and was split apart from the Real Kirito, who had his 200+ years of memories erased.

Star King Kirito could be considered the 'authentic' Kirito due to his experiences. So yes, there's currently two Kiritos in SAO, and they're bound to meet each other at one point.
