Everybody Wants to Die 2: The M E G A Thread

"Lag..."

Nil notices that Iyl is completely gone.

"Okay, we probably shouldn't delay any longer, then. Send your clones to Florida while we handle this."

Nil draws God Hand and Ark Angel, and holds his breath before flying down to earth.

Cain feels the same bit of lag, but he has just finished up improving his Lamp so he decides to join the rest in flying back down to Earth. His body evolves itself so that he doesn't need to breathe.

“What the…?” I look at the goblins, I know they’re changing, but I can’t tell what it is. Though, just by this alone, I know some things. Since it’s not a change to their biology or the many forms of energy they interact with, it has to be something more abstract, maybe something fundamental to their nature.

Deciding that what the change is isn’t immediately important, I spread out optic nerve threads, with eyes on their ends to locate and move the frozen goblins. I remove them from roads, alleys, doorways, and other places where they’ll be in the way.

@Hl3_or_bust

Amakros would notice that the goblins were entirely frozen in place, as if placed in an odd stasis, with an unfamiliar process occurring to them. He can only surmise that this is an effect of the shift that just happened.

@Blahblah9755

Hope succeeds in moving around the goblins in their general vicinity, they seem to be completely unreactive to any changes, and beyond moving them, there doesn't seem to be much that can be done to them at present.

@People heading to fight the vampire army

The people returning to Earth to face the vampire force would find something unusual themselves, as nothing seemed usual in this situation now. The vampires had ceased fighting, and instead began merging. The White House was covered in a massive towering wall of flesh and blood, that was, seemingly, sentient.

The Earth otherwise remained the same as it had been previously, for the moment.

[Thought I should mention, that with Hope’s threads his general vicinity is a 40 km radius.]
Figuring it’s probably not limited to Tokyo, I start traveling from city to city in Japan, then the rest of Asia, moving more Goblins.

Cain brings out his Lamp, extending it downwards as it smashes into the ground, creating a massive crater straight through the wall of flesh.

As Nameless phases back to the good ol 3 dimensions, he finds himself... in Alnitak.

"How the **** did i get here?"

It didn't matter either way. Teleporting back Earth, Nameless decided to lay low. After all, people probably think he's gone again. Taking shelter in a abandoned area of New Zeland, he takes the form of the most average man ever. Entering a house with, somehow, a intact TV with connection still on... the White House... is covered in a fleshy, bloodly horror monster!?

"COWARDS! THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM ME!"

Entering his normal form, Nameless blasts off to America, towards the White House.

Oh.

Okay.

Hereward casts Heat Riser on Nil, as he raises his guns and charges a Giga Holy Ark.

"... Probably just, blow it to shreds. Though, I would prefer to wait for it to attack, if it's going to do so anytime soon."

"I wonder if Nil know the portal opener can't make portals super far away." I say setting of the portal opener and copy and Paste-Inator after landing in Florida.

@Vampire group

Cain's attack successfully opens a hole in the wall of flesh, though the hole begins closing very rapidly. The group can see that vampires are swarming into the mass, and being subsumed by it. As the attack strikes, a growl can be heard from the biomass, and a wave of misshapen bones is rapidly released at the group, the bones seem to glow oddly, with a greenish hue.

Nameless arrives to the White House just in time to see the wall of flesh release bones at other summoned people.

@Hl3_or_bust

Your attack makes contact, but then... nothing. It's as if the goblins are refusing to change. The attack still sends the goblin hurtling hundreds of meters away however, showing that they can still be moved.

@Blahblah9755

Hope succeeds in their endeavors of moving around the goblins, not much of note happens to them. Though he would eventually encounter Amakros.

Hereward debilitates, before Nil flies out of the way of the oncoming bones.

"GIGA HOLY ARK"

A beam flies forth from both weapons, striking with extreme power.

After that, he realizes that he completely forgot about Amakros, and sends a telepathic message.

"There's a giant mass made of vampires over in America now, please head over."

Dura attempts to dodge the bones via flying away from them, as he charges a ball of fire that of which hot- you should already know by this point- on his hands.

I am sun bathing waiting for the clones to exit the portal as the copy and Paste-Inator finally gets their numbers in the 1000s

Strange... oh, Dr. Hope is back?

I wave to Dr. Hope before the message from Nil comes in.

"Ok, that's definitely new. I'll be over in a moment."

I quickly apologize to Dr. Hope for not being able to converse more before heading in the direction of the telepathic message.

[I'll just note, the creature isn't the White House itself, it's just covering it so badly that you can't see the White House at all under it, or what's left of it rather]

"... Dude, we already nuked the white house. That's old news. That said... Let's hope I don't have to break out the ion cannon again."

Nameless instantly releases his aura, crashing his surroundings. From within this aura, 200 chaos nukes fall onto the White House.

"BEHOLDMYPOWER!"

"Potentially. I don't have exact numbers, but it seems that millions of vampires are currently forming into one mass over in "America"."

I stop the copy and Paste-Inator and close the portal my approximately 1000 member army start charging from Florida to Washington DC. With me speed Boosted running in the lead.

@Vampire group

The bones were easily blown away, so easily in fact, that it seems like they weren't particularly trying to damage you.

With Nil's attack being released, as well as all other attacks, they seem to be making good progress, as large chunks of the pillar are blown away, afterwards, Nameless' chaos nukes are released, which hit both the flesh pillar, and the people fighting it, damaging them. The surrounding vampires are all utterly annihilated, but the pillar still stands, though damaged, it seems to be having an odd response to the chaos nukes. Its shape begins changing, becoming something resembling a large, disgusting cocoon.

@Hl3_or_bust and @Blahblah9755

You make it to the general vicinity, stopping just short of being hit by the chaos nukes yourself.

@Lou_change

The army makes it there just a few moments before the chaos nukes go off, some die, though most remain.

All of Washington and its surrounding areas are little more than a large crater now, with the flesh cocoon in the middle.

@Yobo_Blue

Some of the robots manning the Moon base seem to be having something strange happen to them, a bunch of their eyes gain a strange, dark red glow, and those robots approach you, staring you down.
