Yes. Almighty still affects separate timelines/possibilities. Them repeatedly being stated to be separate with their own present and future. They can't be simply branched off if they have different presents.

Goku It would have zeno's EE, I don't know if any of these verses can withstand zeno's erasure. It would also have the sealing and null power of janemba which are passive (if I'm not mistaken, they are), at least in its first key. These are things that I thought about here, I don't know if the verses can combat that.Keep in mind that Naruto, Goku and Ichigo would have EE Hax and no one (to my knowledge) in one piece resist EE

I'm fairly certain there's quite a few layers to EE in Dragon Ball

Beerus can erase Goku even though he resisted Power of Destruction, Destroyers aren't affected by others Destroyers' Power of Destruction which as seen before can bypass one layer of resistance, and Zeno completely trumps them all by being able to erase them

They still grant layers. That hasn't changed. Its the same for Hit's Time Skip. Can be bypassed in universe by AP but on a battleboarding site like this, they're treated as layers.
This idea of yours got rejected in a previous thread. Someone said the resistances should be removed and that AP bypassing it should be a listed weakness, but that got rejected.
And it should not be that way anyway considering it can lead to NLF for other verses

That's not how we treat hakai. Goku resisting is taken as legit resistance.

I meant as an in verse thing. They can still EE those with higher AP cross verse if they lack resistance.

Dragon ball just has a unique circumstance with the AP and EE correlation that pretty much benefits them in a lot of cross verse scenarios.

I'll remind you and everyone else that statistics are equal all across the board
That includes all Stats, Hax Potency, Resistance Potency and Layers
So Naruto and Ichigo having EE resistance would counter Zeno's EE
Naruto and Ichigo (and even Luffy I believe) has resistance to Power Null
And some Naruto and Bleach Characters have resistance to Sealing
