Like, only humans were affected by this, other characters like humans with some powers weren't affected, usually the verse doesn't work much with that energy, we can see several weaknesses, such as a certain superior character is unaffected

I've heard you've been arguing about scaling Base Goku to their god forms.
Anyway, even if we take out the BoGs arguments, shouldn't post-ToP base Goku scale to his SSB anyway? Because a weakened end of ToP Base Goku could create a barrier which could contend weakened Jiren's attacks, something that weakened Golden Frieza and Android 17 together (remember A17 has no problem with stamina, so his barriers would be as strong as they were at the beginning) couldn't contend

Even if we ignore scaling them up to a certain, it's unquestionable it scales to their Goku Black Arc selves. During Goku Black Arc. Goku Black in his Base was shown being able to contend with SSB Vegeta, and then got a SSB like increase. Later on post Training Vegeta stomped Rose Goku Black in his Super Saiyan Blue form, which means Vegeta's base would be considerably superior to Goku Black's Base considering both forms have similar multipliers and mechanisms. .

Android 17 has infinite stamina, he can't "be weakened". And weakened Jiren was cracking A17's barrier right before Goku pulled his barrier
