Considering 17 is as strong as SSB goku (somehow) and SS fighters at SS2 could rival ultra instinct it may have even been stronger then jiern sense there would probably be some sort of 'sibling boost' given there twins and very in sync

Unironically might be Jiren level.

Zeno would totally allow it too. Now, Krillin would probably get taken out way earlier, so Android 35/Android 1718 would have to do the work of 3 people, but they probably could.

I posted a scene from the DBS Anime to illustrate an ability that is defined in the Daizenshuu. Which is stated to range from observing the world with eyesight alone to using a crystal ball (like Elder Kai) to perceive events. The only reason I posted a clip from the anime is to visualise it for people.

But sure let's say that there's no evidence that Shin has the ability to use this via vision in the original manga. Does DBZ Kai have the same scene of SS3 Goku's Ki reaching the Kaioshin Realm? I would assume so. In which case it would be relevant there at least.

Didn't it also state that Buu Saga Piccolo was comparable to SS Cell Games Goku, causing a contradiction? Or is it the exact same scan under a different interpretation?

I can't open this for some reason, so I only see the preview. It's basically saying Piccolo and Vegeta are fighting people who Goku couldn't beat due to being sick, right? And then something about the three of them being fighters or whatever, idk, I'm kinda shit at Spanish.

Uh, given how Black Holes work, I imagine no one below the ToP, since I'm pretty sure they're by definition some form of durability negation via warping/bending space (and thus the matter inside it) around their gravitational singularities. (If my very basic understanding of Black Holes is at all close to being 1% accurate). So in order to provably tank a black hole you have to...actually tank a black hole or scale above those who can. (As far as I'm aware.)

Atomic manip on the Quantum level, Absolute Zero temperatures, space time bending, etc............i think Zamasu could survive it, due to regen........altho, that depends on what "survive" mean, as i don't think he would be able to escape the Black Hole......or be conscious as his body is torned apart........huh, Infintie Zamasu would as he is too big.......but now i can't think of the "weakest" that can survive a black hole
