Considering 17 is as strong as SSB goku (somehow) and SS fighters at SS2 could rival ultra instinct it may have even been stronger then jiern sense there would probably be some sort of 'sibling boost' given there twins and very in sync

I wonder: why do Goku and Vegeta train for so long? Just stay as a secondary character for 1 arc and you'll end up receiving a bigger power up than what you get by training with an angel
