Also Majin Duu pretty clearly above Kuu. Not to mention Duu seems to have more majin buu characteristics and can actually distort his body. He's putting up a way better fight against Tamagami 1 and 1 is actually showing damage in the preview for next episode.

I was pretty disappointed with Kuu before but now I see the role he serves in the show and I'm a fan of the dynamic him and Duu have.
I'm guessing that they'll survive the events of Daima but remain in the Demon Realm as a neutral force. Cause Kuu is not a bad guy and Duu just has shit for brains. Once they have no enemies or orders they'll just go off and chill. Arinsu despite being the "crafty villainess" of Daima also doesn't seem particularly evil and has had some comedic moments.
Daima is very laidback and kid friendly so tbh I don't expect anyone to die. Unless Arinsu has one big final creation that needs to be put down. Like, think of how Dr. Hedo made the Gamma's who were good guys then made Cell Max, the one creation that was the strongest and most out of control.

Considering Dark Ki is a thing, but in Daima no one in the Demon Realm even know what Ki is.........how to solve this?

Well....Dark Ki is Ki(Obviously enough) and Demons can naturally use it......yet in Daima, none of them even know what Ki even is
Moreover......now that i think about it, wouldn't the origin of the Demon Realm in Daima contradict Xenoverse/Heroes? in there, Mechikabura created it when he + a bunch of wizards were banished "beyond time", right?, but like, in Daima, the Demon Realm was the first realm that created all the other universes, it wasn't created until all others were

Yes, those are all contradictions.
No, that doesn’t de-canonize them to each other, because both sets of events are explicitly canon to each other. All this means is that they co-exist. Like how Z and Super Broly co-exist there, or the Dead Zone and Raditz Sagas for the Toei Timeline. It’s pretty intuitive once you realize that DBO/DBH/SDBH/XV/Fusions/Kakarot/Breakers/etc. are all made by various teams who really only want a super mega Dragon Ball Sandbox for their Card Game Machine or their own Dragon Ball title, and that contradictions are simply par for the course.
(Ex.: CC Goku is explicitly Super Goku, but he knew Turles, Slug, and Cooler. He experienced their films. This makes no sense. But Bandai doesn’t care. So you have to simply accept these two contradictory truths must co-exist, even if they should not.)

That it is for XV/Heroes Demon Realm, Daima's Demon Realm exist in the multiverse but belong to different timelime, not all timeline is the same 1:1 in term of their events, for example in Heroes Mechi along with Demigra created the Demon Realm, but in XV timeline it is Demigra who suppose to made it, so Daima's Demon Realm have different origin is completely normal, it just exist in one or two timelimes in the multiverse of the game. Same with Supreme Kai of Time, in Heroes we know that her predecessor are Agios, but it is unknown in XV, so slight difference in the course of events exist in the verse, we already know this with the whole Xeno Goku and CC Goku who obviously experienced completely different events, it doesn't contradict anything, unless you want to claim that CC Goku contradict Xeno Goku.......
Also what RedReaper said, game devs doesn't care, they slam everything together and expect you to accept it
