It does not mess with senses, it messes with Ki sensing, which is Extrasensorial Perception.
Given how Goku described it, unless there is something else, yeah, I guess it should be listed as Energy Manipulation and specify it messes with the energy in a way locating a specific Ki might be impossible

Honestly it's because your insistence of that at any instant annoys me. This is the super thread everything is about super. It dosen't matter that they used a Manga panel as reference there simply nothing wrong about responding to it from the perspective of super sense that is literally what this thread is and has always been.

It was accepted that DBS Anime follows the DBZ KAI continuity, not the OG Manga.......blame the ones who made that accepted, not me, i am not even saying no one is allowed to talk about both anime and manga here, just that obviously you can't use one continuity as evidence for another separated continuity, that is basic for all verses here, not just DB, it would be like using stuff from the Archie comics as evidence for Game Sonic, for example

just saw a clip on YT of Beerus and some of the Uni 7 fighters debating whether to let A17 and A 18 fuse, that would've been such a cool thing to see in canon (I heard Super 17 fused with 18 in Super Dragon Ball Hereos?). If they went through with the plan to make them fuse and they actually did, how strong do you think they would've been, and how well do you think Uni 7 would've done. Better, or worse?

Considering 17 is as strong as SSB goku (somehow) and SS fighters at SS2 could rival ultra instinct it may have even been stronger then jiern sense there would probably be some sort of 'sibling boost' given there twins and very in sync

I posted a scene from the DBS Anime to illustrate an ability that is defined in the Daizenshuu. Which is stated to range from observing the world with eyesight alone to using a crystal ball (like Elder Kai) to perceive events. The only reason I posted a clip from the anime is to visualise it for people.
But sure let's say that there's no evidence that Shin has the ability to use this via vision in the original manga. Does DBZ Kai have the same scene of SS3 Goku's Ki reaching the Kaioshin Realm? I would assume so. In which case it would be relevant there at least.
