Dragon Ball: Statistics without any justifications

Tao Pai Pai is scaled from 23rd Budokai Tenshinhan because he was able to damage him.

Yes. Tien was in a much higher small city level than Tao Pai, but he was able to damage him in a moment where he was distracted, showing that he is the same tier.

It's circular scaling, Tien is Small City for being able to superior to Tao Pai Pai, but Tao is only Small City for being able to harm Tien. Neither has any Small City level feats.

ƒæå

Also, Krillin, Chiaotzu, and Yamcha are rated as Small City without justification during the 23rd Budokai Saga.

Goku is Large Island level during this saga. They aren't close to him in this saga.

Ohhhhh yeah, for some reason I thought this was still during the King Piccolo stuff.

I have no clue then.

Plus their durability depends on ki, so if attacked a distracted Tien, I doubt he would be on the same level. Especially considering that he shrugged off every single attack from Tao. I don't think Tao should be scaled to Tien even if he was Small City level.

Now that I am looking back at the Dragon Ball stats there needs to be some change. Goku has no City-Block justification, just more circular scaling. Goku also, doesn't have any justification for his Large building level, 21st Budokai stats.

Hmm. It is possible that these statistics may have to be adjusted to Unknown ratings in that case.

Actually, 23rd Budokai saga should be upgraded. Krillin actually managed to piss of Piccolo Jr. and took a hit from him to the point that Piccolo thought he killed him iirc.

Piccolo was about as casual as Tien when he broke Yamcha's leg. He was out to humiliate Krillin, and when Piccolo hit the winning blow, Piccolo thought he hit him too hard and killed him, with Krillin getting up a few seconds, realizing that he was outmatched, and quitting.

Also, Tien fought Goku, and was winning until Goku revealed Tien's weakness and took advantage of it.

He was still wearing his armored clothes, but he was annoyed by Krillin, although he wasn't harmed in any way by him and the blow that he thought had killed Krillin had him out of the match.

Tien would be likely island level, for taking on Goku without weighted clothing although Tien admitted Goku held back somewhat.

Kami should be island level for being able to fight Piccolo in his possessed body.

Yes.

For the record, the new scaling is for Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, and Kami, correct? Also, would Popo be High 7-A?

Probably just 7-A, and Tao Pai Pai, doesn't scale to Tien either. None of them scale to their speed either.

Goku was able to move so fast Tien couldn't see his movements and was holding back. And also this.

Tien should scale to Goku and Krillin. He was challenging enough to force Goku to remove his weighted clothing, and should be at least equal to Krillin, who could withstand blows from Piccolo.

Tien and Krillin should be upgraded to Likely Island level via scaling.

If everyone is concerned due to Tien stating that "he is no where near Goku's level anymore", the low end of Island level is < 1% of the middle field of Large Island (being something like 4.3 Gigatons vs 500 Gigatons of energy). It makes sense for them to be Low end Island at the bare minimum.

Tao Pi Pi on the other hand... he had only dealt superficial injury to Tien with a blade. He should only scale to "At least Mountain level+, possibly higher" since he is clearly FAR inferior to Tien.

Is eveyone going to forget it when Tien completely pulverized a large chunk of the Budokai Tenkaichi ring? It created a hole so deep no one could even see the bottom. Roshi also commented that the attack would be enough to kill Goku back in the 22nd Budokai Tenkaichi who survived a fully powered blast from an Old Piccolo Daimao (albeit he was severely injured by it, to the point that his heart stopped for a brief period of time).

@Koichi - their tiers would not be affected. King Piccolo not killing Goku was PIS and was done by his elder form, which is considerably inferior to his prime.

We have to take two things into account:

Max Power Roshi had a Small City Level feat at the time, yet he considered Daimao to be far more powerful than him.

Kikoho isn't your average Ki Blast and anyone who has read Dragon Ball knows that, if Ten used it against Piccolo and ended up injuring him significantly no one would be surprised.

@Koichi - Roshi never actually fought Piccolo Daimao. Chapter 146 is when they come face-to-face and Roshi immediately resorts to sealing him and fails.

Piccolo not killing Goku was still PIS

Kikoho only had a MCB level feat at the time. Saying it "isn't normal" is not going to help unless he is actually shown harming a stronger character with it in the arc.

He never actually fought Piccolo, correct. But why hasn't he? Because Piccolo is much stronger.

Ten and Goku are equal, yet Roshi and Ten Shin Han himself both feared for his life when the Kikoho was about to be fired, no one bothered that much when a Kamehameha was fired. We're not to forget that Roshi confirmed the Kikoho greatly surpassess the Kamehameha, wich means: Ten Shin Han's Kikoho >>>> any Kamehameha in Pre-Daimao Arc. That includes the one fired at Mount Frypan.
