Its not like their gonna start dead in each others faces, Doffy will likely take to the air and since Kurama is incapable of detonating his Bombs in mid air they will just keep flying after Doffy dodges them.
It would be different if Doffy stayed on the ground and shot down at Doffy because even if Doffy dodged the bomb it would hit the ground next to him and he would get caught in the explosion (given his speed however he should be capable of escaping the blast range).
Doffy also is Large Island Level just like Kurama so he's going to need to fire one that is capable of harming himself (which will need some time, not a lot but some time to charge)
Anyway this thread has gotten really long.
