Differences between the two Sabers in Nasuverse

Basically:
The blue Saber's true identity is Arturia Pendragon a.k.a Arthur Pendragon and her abilities are based off of that legend as it is in the Fate-verse. She's first Saber we encounter and really get to know.
The red Saber's true identity is Emperor Nero and as such has different powers and personality. She's the first of the 'Saber-Faces', an ongoing joke of there being multiple other servants who are Saber class servants or can be Saber class who look just like Arturia. Saber of Red (Mordred) and Ruler (Joan of Arc) are two other well known Saber-Faces.
Heck, there are even alternate versions of Arturia herself.
