Did Roger's Sickness affected his power like it did WB's?

Im rly confused on it and if it is true or not but in the manga and vivre cards we dont have info that Roger was affected by his sickness to nerf him like it did Whitebeard in Marineford for example. I believe some people assume it? You can help me a bit if u give your opinion there or if i missed something about Roger rly being affected by his sickness

To my knowledge it's never been stated he got weaker from his sickness, in chapter 0 when he fought Shiki Crocus doesn't make any suggestion that Roger's sickness has made him weaker, rather that he's fine to fight.
