Imo Deku should fight either Aang (it's pretty obvious DB wants to bring him back) or Gon (a highly requested match-up).
Also I heard some folks want to Deku to fight the ultimate BS but aside from the fact I doubt DB have even heard of Danganronpa, it would be cheap to see Deku get screwed over by luck GG.

Delsin seems more interesting, mostly because we have had a few Star Wars characters with similar move sets. The thing is Delsin and Korra both have somewhat unique and hard-magicy powers, so the animation has good potential.
