Personal prediction of rundown of Bond vs Wick:
First, gun fights.
Then Wick retreats and bond pursues, and then some car chasing and gun fights.
Then Bond uses one innovative gadget on the Bond mobile to finish Wick mobile off... Just to be ambushed by Wick as he went off the car to investigate.
Then the two went into hand to hand combat, with window smashing and wall smashing, then either Bond finishes Wick off with one other Bond's gadget, or Wick uses one Bond's gadget against Bond himself.

There should be an opening portion where one or the other receives a mission to take the other down. Maybe Wick gets hired to take out Bond or Bond gets sent out to neutralize Wick.

There's actually a great film from the 70's called Casino Royale (not the Daniel Craig one) that is a spoof of James Bond Movies (since James Bond is technically in Public Domain partially) and the whole joke of the movie is James Bond keeps dying so they keep sending in a new James Bond only for that one to die until finally they just send in an army of 007's

They could have James Bond as MUCH faster, as he has feats in some of the movies of reacting to electricity and partially to laser beams to a degree.

Actually just thought of another good match up they could do for a Halloween episode some time, The Narrator (Twlight Zone) vs The Cryptkeeper (Tales from the Crypt), both have some absolutely insane stuff and have some great potential for comedy and horror in a really mindbending meta-episode

I just went out and bought the full James Bond Blu Ray Collection literally today. All 25 films in one box set, its pretty neat honestly. I'll probably try to watch a few of them before the Death Battle hits.
I can't recommend the John Wick movies enough though, genuinely my favorite film franchise I think. It's between it, Ip Man, and Godzilla really.

Yukari vs Altair. Yukari, despite outward appearances, does genuinely care for other people, and would definitely sympathize with Altair's loss of Setsuna (especially given her own prior loss), likely even inviting her to Gensokyo as a result. However, that didn't exactly go great when it was tried in Re:Creators, so it would probably force a somber mercy killing from Yukari, with her regretting that she was unable to help.
I think Simon vs Kyle could end with the loser asking the winner to keep the universe safe in their absence, recognizing that their opponent is just as capable of upholding the same ideals as themselves

You know I've heard that theory before but it really doesn't make much sense since outside of spy stuff Bond is a Commander (and later a Captian in the books) in the royal navy and in You Only Live Twice he gets a full on obituary in the papers after he "dies".
Thought that was kinda the plot of the Casino Royale (1967) though that movie was hot garbage so like it doesn't count.

female knight vs lumine could definitely have an emotional ending, with knight dying and her helmet falling into LP's hands while lumine leaves her respect for her fighter and leaves with her wounds to be reunited with paimon.
and in the event that lumine dies, it could have a final scene with paimon seeing what's left of her friend, while knight leaves a bag of gems to retreat and return to LP, with the sound of the gems indicating that they brought the traveler back to life.

Oh... That "the loser asking the winner to keep the universe safe in their absence" is so much a reference and a must do to add in this fight.
Weird Moments:
Kuma II (Tekken) vs Bewear
Kuma could respect Bewear as an opponent and wanted to recruit Bewear as supportive roles, just to find it already dead and showed a brief remorse.
Alternatively, Bewear beat Kuma to severe injury and wanted Kuma to sign the contract but Kuma dropped dead before it could fetch the contract and Bewear panicked.
(Tekken references if you do not know)

Kasen Ibaraki vs Fleetway Sonic could vary in a lot of different ways in terms of ending, it could potentially do an emotional one, though.
My personal way for how I'd have the fight end would be to, after the full fight is occurred, they fought in their original forms, then eventually both bring out their psycho alter egos and brawl for a while, before bringing the fight into Hell. From there, Super Sonic ends up slicing her arm off, which reverts Kasen back to base form. Right before SS can go for the kill, she calls back her prosthetic arm, and tears Super Sonic's soul out of his body, before crushing it with her hand, completely obliterating it and removing it from the reincarnation cycle, killing him... however, Sonic's body falls to the ground, bringing Fleetway Sonic himself back to consciousness, in full control of his body and no longer haunted by his alter ego, as Kasen destroyed ONLY SS's soul. They then end up gaining a lot of respect for one another, having inadvertedly solved one another's biggest problems.
However, since Death Battle NEEDS to kill someone, you could have a potentially emotional ending with Kasen being forced to kill Sonic once she's brought back to base form, apologizing as she essentially puts him out of his misery due to losing control to the alter ego.
Alternatively, if they both stay in their evil alter egos for the fight finisher and kill, neither would really have any remorse for their actions lol.
As Fuji said, Simon v Kyle and Yukari v Altair could also have emotional endings.

Nox vs Strange Supreme. Supreme can use time travel to send Nox back to his family. It would be a nice bookends for Supreme's character, from a man who caused so much destruction to save his loved ones through time, to now preventing someone from doing the same and reuniting them with their own loved ones.
