SpongeBob is weird to rank cause stats wise he’s just uni, but him having the highest finite speed of any character + plot manipulation + mid godly regen would make him beat everyone but the immeasurable speed characters, he’d probably be 3rd place, only beaten by Archie Silver and Zatanna.
