It was "Star Trek: The Next Generation/Doctor Who: Assimilation²" BTW, it's a pretty good comic. Also Cybermen stomp so hard that the Borg had to crawls over to the Federation and the Doctor and begged for their help.
It could be more fair depending on the era, but yes, Cyber-war Cybermen is on a par with a humanity that could erase galaxies as an attempt to kill them and technically there is a Cyberman who is tier high 1-B

Yeah, that’s the unfortunate part of the matchup, I think it’s cool but I don’t think the general audience would care.
I personally think that the Necrons would be a good, they are known by a large number of people and it would not be such a big stomp depending on what superweapon they have, either the C'tan or nightmare child, Could-have-been King with his army of Meanwhiles and Never-weres are as allies since they are part of their factions in a certain way

That could be cool
I think the most likely option would be giving them both all their equipment or standard stuff and analyzing their super weapons.

pardon me
Did I stutter.

yes but it would be the most complex and/or long battle to do due to the planning nature when none of the characters is affected by the plot armor of their enemy (the Daleks being more harmed by this cuz is something in Doctor Who), Idk if DB would use "The Enemy"'s Weaponry to the Dalek's weaponry

They put early MGRR Raiden at High 7-C dayum
Because it took such amount of energy to slice one Metal Gear in two halves. And keep in mind Metal Gears are designed to tank and survive nuclear wars.
Then we have Senator Armstrong that erupt lava from the mantle.
Raiden is still dead facing large country level meteor destruction feat and some planet level feats. We shall watch more from the G1 blog if they wish to do so,

Naisu indeed.

Bradley hax stomps or Solidus Snake AP stomps.
Then it comes to speed...

Stain vs Billy Butcher
Question: Does Stain scale from City or higher feats?
And does Lemillion?
