Who else can Mr. Satan and Beerus fight? Mr. Satan because his Death Battle was actually kinda funny to me, and Beerus because he's one of my favorite DB characters.

Not sure on Mr. Satan, but with Beerus, there is Hades from Saint Seiya. Problem is, Beerus kinda gets ROFL-stomped there, unless DB utterly screw up the analysis of Saint Seiya.

I don't keep up with Marvel, so how powerful is Thor there? How fast is he as well? Would the fight be pretty even, or leaning one-sided for one of the characters?

Going by DB numbers Thor would scale to the Hulk Who's Low Multi and 5 Quintillion
Not even factoring current Thor being a Skyfather And scaling to Odin who has Several feats that can range from Uni-Low Multi

So Vegeta potentially has the AP/durability advantage, but loses out in speed? Guess it evens out, unless they start upscaling Vegeta's speed like they did for the AP. Then it could turn kinda stomp-ish in Vegeta's favor.

Thorgeta is pretty balanced but I’d be leaning towards Thor via speed, hax (Matter/Antimatter. Transmutation, BFR, blah blah) and the God Blast but I wouldn’t be surprised if Vegeta got the W via multipliers
