They both had a wide array of powers that the other could counter, so in the end it came down to their base stats, which Cloud held the big advantage in, with speed scaling to 12,000 x speed of light, and Surviving Supernova.
Next time is Batman, shown with Hellbat, so guessing it's him vs Tony, with both going full power.

Okay since the Hellbat suit was able to fight Darkseid, Bruce is probably gonna have the stat advantage if he is fighting Tony. Buuuut, it should be noted that Hellbat is powered by Bruce's metabolism so there is a stamina limit. So question is can Tony outlast and does he have any hax, maybe even hacks, to give him the advantage. Assuming that it is Tony who is fighting.

I'm kinda looking forward for the next fight. I actually enjoy a lot comic book matches despite knowing little about them, mostly due to how crazy things can get (even lower tiers have some impressive skill or intelligence feats).
