Gojo's probably the most thematic since of how much Jujutsu Kaisen takes from bleach as a whole (but dump poeple keep saying naruto for some reason), through I feel the fight would be kinda boring since either Gojo range camps Urahara and just uses his mind r*** ability or Urahara tags him with a Kidō to stop him from camping and then hits Gojo with a single attack. Gintoki and Jiraiya might also be good but Jiraiya has died enouph for this timeline and Gin probably has better matches.

I guess people say Naruto because it's another big Shonen, it's usually them or Yu Yu whenever there's a matchup with Bleach. I get why people would be tired of Bleach v Naruto matches though, I kinda am myself.

That's kinda already was in DB(At bare minimum Zero vs Metal Sonic and likely Captain falcon vs Johny Cage, etc.), but yeah you got it right.
