@Weekly he doesn't exactly nullify power's per se but he can burn ranged attacks away.

Again, looking at his page he's only used his power null against things he couldnt directly fight back against (Sting's immobilizing magic, Zeref's Death and Time magic, and Zero's Existence Erasure magic) so at best the only thing he's going to be nulling is Cinder's TK

What Cinder does after seeing him absorb fore is anyones guess. For all we know she just tries using more fire to try overwhelm natsu.

Natsu can also combine his fire lightning attacks to inflict kaximum damage.

Cinder is definitely not stupid enough to keep trying with attacks that aren't working if she has other options.

Also, literally the only serious fight that 7-A Cinder had was 95% off screen. So i'm not getting the OOC argument

Guessing is just that. Guessing. Cinders not dumb but seeing how much she uses fire I wouldnt doubt she does that.

So Natsu should win with medium difficulty here.

Ice is nothing to Natsu.

Air gets rekt by his immense aoe attacks

Electricity is also nothing to Natsu since he has Lightning Flame Dragon Mode.

Telekinesis will get nulled.

I'm not seeing much from Cinder.

Voting for Natsu as much as that hurts to say. Cinder is powerful but when it comes down to it we've never seen her use any other element than fire and any other weapon aside from her bow/arrows and her swords (though that's only flashback Cinder). The only element she's used in canon is fire. So yeah, voting for Natsu for the reasons above.
