Hey guys. Wouldn’t it be funny to vote for Garou though? Say, for a second or two XD

Reset that timer guys.

On a more serious note, I’ll probably argue on some points once home.

Composite Boxer deadass outskills them both.

"only a small percentage of the population of the entire planet ever become skilled enough to utilize their aura" Doubt emote.

Anyone with a soul can have its aura unlocked, you even have their dog have aura (Ruby and Yang's dog). As long as someone unlocks it for you, you'll have it. Look at Jaune he didn't know anything about it, was barely able to wield his shield/sword but it still was unlocked. The fact that there are so few hunters is because not all people like to fight, want to fight, or all willing to take the time to learn, train, and fight. Most people just want to live normally even if they live in a world with beast that could easily kill them. Otherwise, if all trained, had aura, the suspense created, the fights of survival would be very low and it would also mean that human/faunus are more united in their fights vs Grimm. It would make an even less of a grim world (not like its very grim) if all beings would fight...Salem would have no chance to expand so much...and even easier to unite as one to summon the Brother Gods.

Ruby has no skills without her scythe-gun, its a weak point of her that is shown when she loses her weapon. Sure, she is skilled with it but not without it,

Velvet need to take photos first, and even then she only showed just several from those mentioned by Weekly, and then she got exhausted/couldn't react to a mecha in less than a minute and half of fighting.

God, the skill argument was torture to read.

It doesn't matter here at all, to boot. They don't share a similar fighting style where we'd need to know who'd hit the other better and evade blows more. One uses blades, bow, and magic. The other is a barehanded fighter.

That's where it stops, you look at the actual abilities they have and decide based on that. Which obviously favors Cinder, since she has all the mobility, and blades+fire mean that Garou can't just deflect and redirect as normally. She should easily win unless she draws it out until Garou adapts.

But arguing skill scaling with age, that magic powers being used can be equated to martial arts, and what not was just dumb, too.

You just...didnt read what I wrote did you? I outright said that everyone in-verse has aura, the difference is that the main cast has training to be able to use it in combat subconsciously. With your example of jaune, yeah, anyone can have their aura unlocked but that doesnt mean they can use it in a fight, look at Jaune's first fight with Cardin, his aura went down in two hits because he didnt have training to be able to maintain it in combat. Same with the oscar vs Ruby training scene from volume 5, they blatantly say that you need a massive amount of training to be able to use it in a fight.

Hence why she is on the bottom of the skill chain for the beacon arc.

Incorrect. She needs to take pictures to copy WEAPONS, not fighting styles. Her semblance is the ability to copy fighting styles by seeing them, and even in the novels its confirmed that she regularly uses the barehanded fighting techniques of people she copied when she isnt using a weapon.

Also, she didnt get 'exhausted', she was blindsided by a mech over 4x stronger than herself.
