Chakra and the Soul (for Naruto at least)

So is Isshiki classify as made of "soul/chakra" because he can only shrink non-living things, including himself.

Limited cus they manipulate their soul to combine it with physical energy and then get the chakra which in turn creates fire, air etc.

I guess they'll get NPI and Limited soul manipulation. Pure chakra constructs, like chakra arms or the Susano'o are getting those, so I guess so should the TSB.

Nope, the limited soul manipulation is because part of its composition is the soul (or soul-like energy), but it doesn't actually damage or destroy souls.

I don't think that really matters. It still removes whatever it touches from that plan of existence.

It's just power nullification, unless you mean the whole thing about them "negating AND erasing attacks". I think Tobirama said something about that, and even used the word "erase" a few times, so that could indeed be the case. It might be EE/Soul destruction.
EE is kinda supported by their ability to destroy space-time as well, in the case of the ETSB, which was stated to be the same as a regular TSB with the only difference being its size.
Honestly, TSBs might need a CRT all to themselves.

no normal sage body is not affect by tsb since tobirama said tsb would erase both him and sm naruto
only six path chakra/six path sage mod user unaffected by tsb
discussion rule does not apply here since soul=chakra
its new things and we don't even need to use minato here to give tsb EE
we dont even need to say tsb erase minatos soul
tsb erase chakra, and all element + ninjutsu(including necromancy ,regen etc)
