Naruto’s chakra has intangible features since he cloaked his hand with chakra to remove the green orb from Hinata’s chest. In the fight against Momoshiki Kurama’s head came out of Naruto’s being.

Floating doesn’t stop them from phasing through the universe which is made of matter. What about those who can walk? Is that a special ability?

If you're intangible and you can float/levitate, you won't drop through the ground.
If you're intangible and can connect with matter, that's weird.

Also, the tailed beast can punch mountains. Do we give mountains NPI for interacting with bijuu?

Tsunade gets
Soul Manipulation (Tsunade can heal the soul).

Human Path users get
