Actually Luffy now might win this due to the fact that Uta could turn Blueno into a miniature, toy-like version of him self and he noted that he couldn't use any of his powers. So that power-null from Uta's fruit might help him win. Plus her fruit
will trap others in her dimension forever if she dies.

Comp Goku? Absolutely he can dimension hop by screaming or with the kai time ring which lets you go around the multiverse. Comp Ichigo would never get caught in the dimension since he can see and alter the future with the almighty he could win before Luffy tried Uta's dimension.

Well Pudding has mind hax and Uta does too. Pudding's is memory removal and editing and Uta's is mind BFR. Haki can resist that though, so.

At least by several times considering even genjutsu on the level of Obito’s could work against perfect jinchuriki despite them being very resistant to genjutsu. Let alone things like the Tsukuyomi of Shisui’s sharingan which are way more potent.
