Oh boy, here's Reaper making mistakes again!
All right, I want to ******* die, so thats good. Have fun.
The year is 2014, the world is mostly at peace with some tensions brewing, but all is well generally, nothing supernatural beyond the normal happenings, and world relations are fine for the most part.
The United States is sending out a ship to Japan in Febuary, a normal route that swiftly became... less then safe.

Ranks your character cannot be above.
Seaman (SN, E3)
NO Warrant Officers as they are E5 just to be a candidate.
Second Lieutenant (2ndLt, O1)(Because Palaria is O2 in being a Marine)
Now that ranks are out of the way, let's do this
Tiering: See Palaria's page Below, 9-A ranks of Power are 0.025 Tons(low-tier), 0.05 tons(Mid-tier), 0.075 tons(High-tier), 0.1 tons(top-tier)
Name: Whatever
Rank: MUST be stated.
Age: Your character probably isnt gonna break the 30 mark unless they joined late
Powers and Abilities: Palaria is a good starter for where we stand on that, but uh, if it wasn't obvious, LOW HAX. You will find shit that will give you a Specialization later
Speed: See Palaria's profile for first key, Second key is Subsonic+
Lifting Strength: Class 5 to start
Range: uh, yeah, the main weapon of the marines is 3.6 Kilometers in Range. So that's your peak range. Magic goes up to Hundreds of meters if you're one of the few that have it
Intelligence: Genius at most.
Navy
Lieutenant, Junior Grade (LTJG, O2)Seaman (SN, E3)
Marine
Lance Corporal (LCpl, E3)NO Warrant Officers as they are E5 just to be a candidate.

Character Creation
Please make a Sandbox with your character in itTiering: See Palaria's page Below, 9-A ranks of Power are 0.025 Tons(low-tier), 0.05 tons(Mid-tier), 0.075 tons(High-tier), 0.1 tons(top-tier)

Warrior: Often strong users of melee, Warriors are strong and usually wear the heaviest armor, however picking up a large gun is definitely not out of the picture for these beasts of UNGA BUNGA
Rogue: Just look up Rogues do it from behind. If you actually want an explanation, stealthy users of short-Range weapons who prioritize stealth and quick attacks over raw power, usually also have throwable weapons.
Gunslinger: Sticking to your military roots, gunslingers stick to their guns(literally) and blast anyone who looks at em funny. Simple yet effective.
Archer ancient is a word some would use for Archery, but the archers would have to disagree because they better be hot shit with a bow after using a gun for like a year! Trick arrows are the specialty later on.
Medic Medics are skilled and experienced healers with time and skill to make bandages, fix things, maybe have magic for healing eventually, the name speaks for itself.
Mage Can use Magic items, useful spells and whatnot, there's gonna be like 3 of these guys to start with including Palaria, so wait if you want to dual specialize.
Dual Specialization: Is choosing just one class hard? Do you want to be the jack of all trades? Well good news! You can pick one Primary and One Secondary Specialization! You don't have to, but you can!
I should also note that picking one spec doesn't bottle-neck you out of using guns if your a Mage or like, a bow if you're a warrior. You're just gonna be worse at it without Specialization.

Start at 5 players, cap at 8 not counting me, beyond that you must be what I'd consider a friend to join.
