Eh, I don't really have that rule. Though I can agree that if Moritzva has some other nomination a bit variety would be nice (we restrict like 1/3 of Crystals stuff at this point anyway...)

In all reality, it takes about 1/8th of her health by gameplay mechanics (1/4th with her Ultra Mutation, but it summons 2), but Bloodlust helps mitigate it. Their weapons aren't anything special though they have more health than her, they continuously bleed out over time and die in 40ish seconds or so.

Type 8 resurrects him as a 9-B, and takes a day. Mind Manipulation is out of character for this key, Petrification is his go to, but he might try sealing depending on how long things take. Absorption is the same as sealing, though a common tactic of his is to absorb energy attacks fired at him. Reactive Evolution and Power Mimicry give him the stuff after a couple of uses against him, though it's definitely not impossible to hax him. Negatone is a thing that he can summon, which can possess things.

Gazef and Go Gin are from the same verse. I think Gazef should stay since the only good thing Go Gin has is his regen

To be honest I really wanted to see how the returning champion would do.
Edit: DontTalk, if Rebel gets in, I'd restrict her Personal Guard since it sets the clones in High 8-C Durability. Which also means they'll only survive around 20 seconds, but eh.
